La procédure est la suivante :

Requesting Printed Guides

You can download getting started guides for products you are licensed to use in the License Center. If you prefer, you can order printed copies.
To request printed guides:

On the License Details tab, click the Request Printed Guides button.
Choose the titles you want mailed to you.
Confirm the ship-to address.
Click the Submit Request button.

Allow 4-7 business days for U.S. delivery and 7-14 business days for non-U.S. delivery.
